1. Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly — your name, work email and workspace details — plus the content you add to your help center and the conversations that flow through your inbox and chat widget.
2. How we use your information
We use your data to operate the service: routing tickets, generating AI answers from your own content, metering usage against your plan and sending service emails. We do not sell personal data.
3. AI processing
Content in your knowledge base is used only to answer questions from your own customers. Your data is not used to train models shared with other workspaces.
4. Data retention and deletion
Conversation and ticket data is retained for as long as your workspace is active. When you delete your workspace, associated personal data is removed from production systems within 30 days.
5. Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel and audited regularly.
