1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a workspace or using Your Agent One in any way, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.
2. Your account and workspace
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that happens in your workspace. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access it by unauthorized means, sending spam through the chat widget or ticketing system, or uploading content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Usage-based limits, such as AI tokens and conversations, reset at the start of each period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Termination
You may cancel your subscription and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms after reasonable notice.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify workspace owners by email before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
